Please be sure to email a completed application and include the following required materials:
Three (3) Letters of Recommendation
A copy of Acceptance Letter from College or University
Official Academic Transcript* (NO COPIES WILL BE ACCEPTED)
*Please contact the following San Francisco and Marin County School districts for official transcripts:
San Francisco Unified School District: Online transcript request option: https://www.sfusd.edu/services/student- services/transcripts-student-records
Marin County Office of Education: Redwood High School students: Order transcripts from Diana Fernandez, Records Secretary, located in Counseling Office Room 103. Tamalpais High School students please contact the Counseling Office at 415-380-3537.

Selected scholarship applicants will be required to participate in an interview with the Scholarship Committee and recipients may be expected to attend the Pan Hellenic Council Awards Reception, date TBD.
