Please be sure to print and sign the application and include the following required materials:
Three (3) Letters of Recommendation
A copy of Acceptance Letter from College or University
Official Academic Transcript* (NO COPIES WILL BE ACCEPTED)

Marin County Office of Education: Redwood High School students: Order transcripts from Diana Fernandez, Records Secretary, located in Counseling Office Room 103. Tamalpais High School students please contact the Counseling Office at 415-380-3537.

Complete applications must be received or postmarked by the May 01, 2020 deadline.
Selected scholarship applicants will be required to participate in an interview with the Scholarship Committee and recipients will be expected to attend the Pan Hellenic Council Awards Reception, on Sunday June 7, 2020, location of the reception TBD.
